Payment Terms & Financial Assistance Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule, including booking amounts, installments, and final settlement. Any delay in payments may result in penalties or cancellation of the agreement as per company policy. Loan assistance is available through partnered financial institutions, subject to eligibility. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, registration fees, and other applicable charges. 3. Documentation & Legal Compliance Sri Satya Real Estate ensures that all properties have clear titles and necessary legal approvals. Buyers are encouraged to verify legal documents before proceeding with the transaction. All registration and documentation will be processed as per prevailing government regulations. Any legal disputes arising after the purchase must be resolved by the buyer in compliance with Indian real estate laws. 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed as per company policy. The refund policy, if applicable, will be subject to deductions for administrative and legal costs.
