The buyer must ensure compliance with local land ownership laws before finalizing the purchase. Ownership of the property will be transferred only upon full payment and successful registration. Any restrictions or special conditions related to land use will be communicated at the time of sale. 2. Payment Terms & Financial Assistance Payments must be made as per the agreed schedule, including booking amounts, installments, and final settlement. Any delay in payments may result in penalties or cancellation of the agreement as per company policy. Loan assistance is available through partnered financial institutions, subject to eligibility. The buyer is responsible for all taxes, registration fees, and other applicable charges. 3. Documentation & Legal Compliance Sri Satya Real Estate ensures that all properties have clear titles and necessary legal approvals. Buyers are encouraged to verify legal documents before proceeding with the transaction. All registration and documentation will be processed as per prevailing government regulations. Any legal disputes arising after the purchase must be resolved by the buyer in compliance with Indian real estate laws. 4. Cancellation & Refund Policy Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing and will be processed as per company policy. The refund policy, if applicable, will be subject to deductions for administrative and legal costs. Any changes in government policies affecting the transaction will be handled as per legal guidelines. 5. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from property transactions will be resolved through mutual discussion. If an agreement cannot be reached, the dispute will be addressed through arbitration as per Indian legal norms. The jurisdiction for any legal matters will be Hyderabad courts. 6. General Terms Sri Satya Real Estate reserves the right to modify property prices, offers, and terms without prior notice. Buyers must adhere to all community guidelines and regulatory requirements after purchase. Any modifications or additional requests by the buyer must be approved in writing.
